At Carhartt Reworked, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your pre-loved purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original Reworked tags are attached and the package is securely sealed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
